Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, opened, used, or tested items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mailto:makeupbymasara@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
